The Maharal St. flat

This is an 85 square meter apartment which has undergone massive renovation. With new planning, it has turned from a two-bedroom flat -into a three-and-a-half-bedroom flat with a small balcony.
The separation between the common and private areas in the house, as well as optimization of storage area potential, were a perfect fit for the family at the time, including a nursery for a baby girl and a home office.

The apartment design of European style has strong emphasis on the small details. In the photos, you can see the especially imported wooden windows from Poland, a wooden floor, subtly painted cement tiles, custom carpentry, imported furniture and imported metalwork.

The flat took part in the Tel-Aviv Open House Festival, during which over 1,000 people visited the property.
